We need your input on Calgary’s economic plan.
You are an important member of our community and in turn, we would love to hear your voice as we look to evolve our city’s economic plan, Calgary in the New Economy.
Calgary Economic Development is conducting engagement and outreach on the economic plan throughout the summer and fall of this year and will be looking for even more of your insights as the process moves forward. But first, we’d like to hear from you through this short survey.
This evolution of Calgary’s economic plan is intended to further strengthen our city’s resilience and ensure that all Calgarians have a sense of ownership and belief in the vision, are empowered to act in achievement of the vision, and can be proud to tell Calgary's story to the rest of Canada and the world.
Our plan is to reach as many communities and community groups as possible. We want to make sure the economic plan incorporates and is representative of all Calgarians.
We also want you to know this initial outreach is only the beginning. Our goal is for this to be the beginning of a longer-term relationship with you and your community, so we will be looking to build the necessary feedback loops for ongoing dialogue. We value all the communities in our city and strive for everyone to know they are contributing to Calgary’s economic future.
As a key part of our community, we ask that you please send this survey to your larger community and professional networks. We need to hear from as many Calgarians and communities as possible.
