Neighbour Day Community Market

  • Highland Park Community Association 3716 2 Street Northwest Calgary, AB, T2K 0Y5 Canada (map)

INFORMATION FOR VENDORS

Vendors can register from May 1 - 31. Watch this space for a registration form starting on May 1. Do not respond to any Facebook or other social media requests to register or pay for your table for this market; they are a scam! Our registration form is the only legitimate registration. Note that the market is for sale of physical, handmade goods. Promotion of religious, political or other organizations and causes is not permitted.

Vendor set up begins at 10 am. The Neighbour Day Community Market will be held outdoors, weather permitting, but will be indoors if the forecast calls for rain / snow / excessive wind. Please be completely set up by the market start time of 11:00. The market ends at 3:00 p.m. Please be prepared to take down your table at that time.

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Display shelves/racks you may need

  • The great products you offer

  • Payment processing equipment or change.

  • Their own additional tables or a canopy if they need it. There will be a limited amount of space if we must set up indoors due to weather.

  • Signage

  • Vendors understand that priority will be given to handmade goods and artisan wares only.

  • Please note: The HPCA markets do not accept vendors of manufactured or tiered product lines (e.g., Tupperware, Amway, Avon, Mary Kay, Herbalife, doTerra, Scentsy).

HPCA will provide:

  • 1 table measuring 3' x 6' or a table measuring 5' x 5'

  • Two chairs per table. Let us know if additional chairs are needed.

  • Washroom facilities are accessible indoors

  • Wi-Fi is available if needed. The coverage area is very strong inside the building but might not be as reliable outside the hall. As the event is planned to be outside unless it changes due to weather, you might have to step inside to access Wi-Fi.

Get in touch with connections@hpca.ca for more information.

NOTE: Street parking is available on all three sides of our Highland Park Community Association Hall and parkspace, at no cost and no permit needed.
